Adam Robertson spends a lot of time in the cold empty waters off Western Victoria, where a rugged coastline meets the raw power of the Southern Ocean. Here’s a couple of home video sessions at an empty left point far from the crowds of Bells Beach.

A couple moments frozen in time from 3 different corners of Australia. Also, a new video will posted this week of some power surfing on an empty pumping left point. Stay tuned . . .
We have concluded filming and the post production process is now in full swing. Over the next month we will be posting more imagery from the days we spent filming as well as a behind the scenes video and a few more clips to put motion to the imagery.
During the making of the movie there was plenty of down time hoping for the ocean to move, catching flights from one end of the county to the other and just plain old waiting. During that down time we spent a day in Sydney and Melbourne exploring something other than a beach for a change. The architecture and ambiance in both cities is top notch and we were happy to enjoy the change of pace. Here is a little glimpse into the day spent away from the salty sea.
Taj Burrow is one of the fastest surfers around. His smooth style and flare are hard to overlook and when looking to make a Western Australia section for the film, Taj was an easy top choice. After spending most of his year on the road hopping from country to country competing on the World Tour, there is nothing like a session at home in fun glassy conditions.
